DIGITAL DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTING

 

ADVANTAGES:

 

– Top fabric is 100% digitally dyed at high resolution. Colour is embedded into the fabric.
– Unlimited (CMYK) colours at no extra charge
– Photo quality imaging is achievable
– No set up fee – Ideal for one off prints
– Any background colour is achievable as the ink covers the entire top
– Multiple different layouts can be used on the same tent with no extra cost

 

 

SCREEN PRINTING

 

ADVANTAGES:

 

– Very cost effective when screening multiple tents or repeat images
– Custom colours including specialty colours can be reproduced (ie. metallic gold, silver etc.)

 

DISADVANTAGES:

 

– Involves a set up fee for manufacturing screens
– Each colour or different layout requires a new screen
– Background colour choices are limited by stock fabric colours
– Only solid colours can be used in prints
